Chai Chia Pudding
Chai spiced chia seed pudding
Have it for breakfast, dessert, or as snack. I love eating for breakfast with granola and dusting it with even more cinnamon.
- 1 1/4 cup milk, coconut or almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Place in an airtight contaner.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
