Healthy Chocolate, Almond Butter, Date Shake
Sometimes you just need a shake. So here ya go! The perfect shake that doesn't taste healthy but it is.
Ingredients
1-2 servings
2 frozen bananas
2 spoonfuls of almond butter
3 spoonfuls of cocoa powder
8 pitted dates
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup ice (optional, not pictured)
For the chocolate sauce:
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Blend all ingredients.
Drizzle chocolate sauce on inside of cup.
Pour in the shake.
Drizzle chocolate sauce on top. Then run a knife through in opposing directions.
