Healthy Chocolate Shake


Chocolate, almond butter and date shake

Sometimes you just need a shake. So here ya go! The perfect shake that doesn't taste healthy but it is.


1-2 servings

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 spoonfuls of almond butter
  • 3 spoonfuls of cocoa powder
  • 8 pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional, not pictured)

For the chocolate sauce:

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Drizzle chocolate sauce on inside of cup.
  3. Pour in the shake.
  4. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top. Then run a knife through in opposing directions.
