Garlic & Parmesan Olive Oil Bread Dip
An upgrade to the classic olive oil and balsamic vinegar dip. With just four ingredients (parm, garlic, oil, and vinegar), it’s super easy to make. It’s the best dip for a warm crusty baguette, but also delicious drizzled atop pasta, pizza, or salad.
Garlic & Parmesan Olive Oil Bread Dip
Ingredients
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 large garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
Grate the parmesan cheese (if it’s not already), then chop it up into fine pieces. Add to a medium bowl.
Add the minced garlic, olive oil, and vinegar to the bowl and mix together.
Enjoy with bread or drizzled over pasta, a salad, or pizza!
