Cucumber Gin Gimlet
This Cucumber Gin Gimlet is simple, refreshing, and perfect for summer. And I mean… look at that color! I used Empress 1908 Gin which is a spirit from Canada that’s micro-distilled in copper-pot stills using juniper, rose, coriander seed, grapefruit peel, ginger root, cinnamon bark, butterfly pea blossoms. The pea blossoms give it that beautiful indigo hue!
Cucumber Gin Gimlet
Makes 1 Gimlet
Ingredients
1 ounce simple syrup or maple syrup
2 ounces Empress 1908 Gin
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 cucumber ribbon
Directions
Add a large ice cube to your glass.
Add the simple syrup and lime juice.
Top with the gin and garnish with cucumber.
Gently stir before drinking. Cheers!

You can also make it in a cocktail shaker and pour over ice.
