Creamy Peanut Butter Mocha
If you haven’t figured out by now, I am a huge chocolate peanut butter fan. I figured I would introduce my favorite combo to coffee and let me tell you, it’s AMAZING. Coffee, peanut butter, and cocoa powder are blended together then poured over a glass of iced milk.
Creamy Peanut Butter Mocha
Ingredients
6 oz coffee
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
6 oz milk (oat milk used here)
Ice
Directions
Add the coffee, peanut butter, and cocoa powder to a blender and blend for about 15 seconds until creamy. If you used hot coffee, allow mixture to cool before adding to ice.
Fill a cup with ice, add the milk then the coffee mixture. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
For best results, use cold coffee so it doesn’t melt the ice.
This can be served warm too! Simply heat the milk with the blended coffee mixture.
