Creamy Peanut Butter Mocha

If you haven’t figured out by now, I am a huge chocolate peanut butter fan. I figured I would introduce my favorite combo to coffee and let me tell you, it’s AMAZING. Coffee, peanut butter, and cocoa powder are blended together then poured over a glass of iced milk.

Creamy Peanut Butter Mocha

Ingredients

  • 6 oz coffee

  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 6 oz milk (oat milk used here)

  • Ice

Directions

  1. Add the coffee, peanut butter, and cocoa powder to a blender and blend for about 15 seconds until creamy. If you used hot coffee, allow mixture to cool before adding to ice.

  2. Fill a cup with ice, add the milk then the coffee mixture. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • For best results, use cold coffee so it doesn’t melt the ice.

  • This can be served warm too! Simply heat the milk with the blended coffee mixture.
