Nutella Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies
Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup, plus 2 tbsp Nutella
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
Grease a 9x9in pan with coconut oil.
In a large bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and butter.
Add the sugars and whisk for 1 minute.
Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt. Using a spatula, slowly mix until combined but don't overmix.
Gently mix in the Nutella and chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Spoon about 5 dollops of peanut butter on top of the batter.
Swirl the peanut butter into batter by running a butter knife or spatula lengthwise and crosswise several times.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
