This quick and easy blended margarita is the perfect cocktail to go along with your Taco Tuesday! Frozen mango, lime juice, sugar, tamarind paste, tequila, Triple Sec and ice are blended for this tart and flavorful margarita. If you like sour, you’re going to love it! If your not big on sour, just add some extra sugar!

For those that don’t know what tamarind paste is: It’s a dark paste that’s made from tamarind, a tart and sticky fruit that grows in the form of a pod on a tree. Tamarind paste is used in a lot of Thai recipes and is popular in Mexican candies. The paste gives this margarita an extra tart and sour taste. The flavor blends perfectly with mango.

Tamarind paste can be found is some regular grocery stores but your best best is at an Asian market, or of course, you can get it on Amazon.
